We have been invited to attend a karate competition at the end of the month in, of all places, Stalham. That’s really no distance at all (especially when some of us can remember going to Sheffield and Nottingham).
Hopefully some of us will be keen to try out our sparring and kata skills against the local opposition and try to win a medal or trophy into the bargain.
